• Print loan application. Print the blank application, complete, sign and fax, mail or hand-deliver it to the branch of your choice. Find the branch closest to you here.


• Apply directly online. Click here to apply for a loan in a writeable format, fill in the information requested and your application will be automatically submitted directly online.

A note for married applicants. Married applicants may apply for separate loans. If you are applying for Individual credit, you must complete the Applicant section about yourself and the Co-Applicant section about your spouse if:

1. Your spouse will use the account, or
2. You are relying on your spouse's income as a basis for repayment.

If you are relying on income from alimony, child support or separate maintenance, complete the Co-Applicant section to the extent possible about the person on whose payments you are relying. If you are applying for Joint Credit with another person, complete the Applicant and Co-Applicant sections.

Select Employer Groups (SEGs).
If your employer participates in the credit union's SEG program, you can apply conveniently right on the job.
