Your Credit Union will never ask you for any personal information via websites or e-mail. Personal information that will never be asked for can include, but is not limited to:

If you are ever visiting a trusted website and you notice either the URL has changed, or the look and feel of the page has changed and you are now being prompted to provide specific information such as PIN numbers, full debit/credit card numbers, and other sensitive information, please do not provide any of the asked information. Contact the institution who's website you were visiting. If you have provided sensitive information regarding your debit/credit cards that you hold with us, please contact us immediately so the approriate security measures can be taken to protect you.

Certain forms of malware that may be within a users computer can forward a user from a trusted site to a phishing site. These phishing sites attempt to gather your personal information. The best way to protect yourself from these types of malware is to regularly conduct a full system scan with your virus protection software.
