What is a SEG?
At Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union, we have created a convenient
way for you to access credit union services right from the job. With
our Select Employee Groups (SEG) program, participating employers provide
certain credit union services to employees right on the job. These services include
opening new accounts, payroll deposit/deduction setup and update, checking
account re-orders and distribution of loan applications and other timely credit
union information. A staff member trained to serve as a credit union
liaison usually provides these services.
We all know what it’s like to try to do our financial business on
our lunch hours or coffee breaks. Taking the time to drive to a branch
in traffic, find a parking spot, wait in line and then drive back to work.
