Plenty of convenience is built right into your credit union membership. You'll save hours of time using these services, which are designed to streamline your financial life.

ACH debit and credits.
Automated Clearinghouse Services (ACH) gives you the ability to authorize electronic funds credits or debits from your checking account to participating financial institutions. Through ACH, you can pay bills automatically each month or send part of your paycheck to another institution, saving time and money. To activate, first check with the other institution to ensure they accept electronic funds transfers. Then come into any branch and complete the necessary forms which will need your signature.

Select Employee Groups (SEGs).
If your employer offers our SEG program, you can save time by accessing in-house credit union services from your place of employment. Primarily, services include opening new accounts, payroll deposit/deduction setup and update, check re-orders, and distribution of loan applications and distribution of other timely credit union information.

Depending on your employer's location, you may be at the mercy of long lines, rush hour traffic and shortened lunch hours when it comes to doing your financial errands. That's why the credit union's convenience services, such as automatic bill payment, CALL24 Telephone Teller, payroll deduction and our secure e-branch online services system, just to name a few, make performing your financial transactions quick, easy, convenient and hassle-free.

Drive-up teller window.
Our Kailua-Kona branch window is open from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday.  Our Kaloko branch  Drive-up tellers are open 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.  The Kaloko Walk-up and Drive-up ATMs are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please have all your paperwork completed before you reach the Drive-up teller window. One transaction per car, please.

Express Box. When you want to make a deposit during office hours and don't want to wait in line, use the Express Box, located inside the branch. Deposits will be credited on the same day they are dropped into the Express Box.

Night Depository. No time to wait in line during the day? Or planning to drop by a branch after hours? Use these two convenient bins to make deposits. (Please, no cash deposits.) If you need to make a deposit after hours, use the Night Deposit Box. Deposits made before 8:30 AM will be credited that business day. If made after 8:30 AM, they will be credited the next business day.

E-branch online services.
You can complete many of your financial transactions from the convenience of your home computer. Shared Branching. 

Hawaii Network.
Conduct numerous transactions at other credit unions statewide as though they were your home branch. These include: deposits, check cashing, withdrawals, transfers, investment inquiries, travelers cheques, money orders, statements, loan payments and loan advances (line of credit). If you’re traveling on the Mainland, you can access a convenient branch of our CU Service Center, giving you the same conveniences nationally and in some international locations. See the most current list of participating branches

Cash back through point-of-sale access.
At participating merchants, you can get cash back or make purchases through your CUTEL ATM card or your Instacheck debit card. (Choose the “debit” feature and not the “credit” feature.)
